Struggling with change - both the concept of it, feeling ambivalent about it, and following through with it - is more common than you might think. How long have you been practicing? I graduated with my Masters in Social Work in 2020. I am currently pursuing my clinical license as a Clinical Social Work Intern. I am certified in CPR, BLS, and CPI. Cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, and Solution focused therapy are my primary interventions.
Not one persons experiences are similar we all deal with life differently but at times we all may be feel overwhelmed, irritable, sadness, hopelessness, panic attacks, low self-esteem. We also may feel impulsive, have difficulty following directions or behavioral issues. I can help create a safe place for your voice to be heard and learn.
