The human experience is a unique and bumpy ride with many positive and some challenging moments along the way. Sometimes it can be easy to veer off of the direction we intended to go and difficult to stop and ask for help to get back on track. Mental health affects all aspects of our lives, and it can be difficult at times to find the right kind of help that fits your needs and your busy life.

The Hispanic community does not think mental health is a serious concern and as a result does not ever get dealt with. As a result, the children of these households see a mental disorder as normal and never get help for it. As a Mexican American, I believe I can be of great help for the Hispanic community and to help them understand that depression, anxiety and anger management can be minimized by different types of treatment

Sometimes, events in our lives leave us feeling stuck, helpless, abandoned and alone. At times, emotions can overwhelm us giving us the impression we have no control over those feelings or the world surrounding us. I am passionate about helping people get to the root of the problem one session at a time. I understand every person is different and there is no one size fits all approach to healing. I will work with you in a compassionate and nonjudgmental manner.

My ideal client is in search of working through traumatic situations that may or may not have been dealt with. They typically suffer from depression and may battle with suicidal ideation as well. The goal is to help this client reframe the way they view their trauma and assist them with coping effectively when triggered. Another goal is to recognize personalities, places and things that trigger the client to increase awareness.

Self love is an important aspect of all human beings. In order to seek fulfillment, we must learn our gifts that we possess, then we can feel a genuine sense of fulfillment and love. Without self love, all else will fail. We are in this together.
